With three decades of experience, Terry Doerscher is an internationally recognized expert in Enterprise/Project Portfolio Management (EPM/PPM) and the PMO. As a consultant, Terry has been a trusted advisor to more than a hundred organizations in a wide variety of industries.

He is the co-author of Taming Change with Portfolio Management (Durbin & Doerscher, 2010), and is a contributing author to several other books Terry is a long-time member of PMI and the Program Management Office Community of Practice; is ITIL v.3 Foundation certified; and is a Certified Process Design Engineer (CPDE).
