Your Project Office (YPO) has made remarkable progress since its inception and we are now expanding our team!  We are looking to add a sales person to support our ongoing growth and future success.  The Sales Development Representative enjoys prospecting daily, is adept at qualifying new customer leads, and is capable of mapping customer challenges to YPO solutions.

YPO is seeking a Sales Development Representative who will:

• Hunt for new business daily through a combination of lead follow-up and target account prospecting
• Actively maintain a sales pipeline for YPO products and services
• Set up meetings for the Sales Manager to negotiate opportunities to closure
• Achieve or exceed an assigned annual sales quote
• Maintain and distribute reports reflecting prospects and sales
• Be results driven with a hunger for success
• Be comfortable in a small, start-up environment
• Have self-confidence, flexibility, and a sense of humor

Applicants should have:

• Direct sales experience
• Ability to organize and prioritize schedule
•  Knowledge of market research and sales forecasting principles and methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Skill in organizing resources, analyzing and solving problems, establishing priorities, and making evaluative judgments.
• This is a full-time position offering a compensation package that includes base salary plus commission.
